Paulo Travels — I'm complaining for the paulo worst travel service | |
I had booked tickets for[protected] to travel goa - hyderabad. The bus timing was 4.30pm - 7.30am. But due to the negligence of travels staff bus broke down at lodon (100kms from goa). Me and my friend booked that bus seeing my convenience of time i. E; 7.30am and because of the poorest maintenance of paulo our bus broke down at mid night 9pm and the driver and staff we're repairing for 4 hours then they called to paulo office in goa to send a mechanic to lodon who was expected to reach lodon by 2pm and we had no hope that they would repair the bus so we had to stop and convince a bangalore bus and pay him again to travel banglore and from there take a flight to hyderabad to reach before 1 as we had my last viva presentation for my mba. Because of the poorest service we had spent lot of money and risking my 2 yrs post graduation degree. 2tickets from goa to hyderabad — rs 3150 We payed to banglore bus — rs 3200 Banglore - hyderabad flight — rs 10, 000 Such a shameful services of paulo for which we had to spend so much money.
