My name is Sunny Kumar. My Paulo accound id - [protected]@gmail.com After cancellation of two trips from Hyderabad to Goa to and fro in 2015 paulo team has converted my cancellation amount into paulo token of 7886 INR. I have requested them in 2016 to refund the amount and they asked me to give the transaction details for refund. I have given them all the necessary details. But till now they have not refunded the amount. I have written several mails but they have not responded to it and now when I am trying to call them they are not picking the phone also. I am attaching the copy of Tickets, Paulo Token history and email conversation here for more details.
