[Resolved]  Pavan Travels — Bus got accident in night but not received any refund

I was travelling from sadguru travel bus which was booked for me from pavan travels on 14/8/2014. in midnight nearly 3.00a.m. the bus dashed some vehicle and that was the reason we all had to get down from the bus and sat in other bus where we had to pay extra charges to the other bus drivers. And now the pavan travels are not giving us refund and telling that they don't know that bus has been dashed. I have called pavan travels for refund but they are refusing to give. I need a justice how they can do this because 8-9 hours we had to sit and go in cabinet by paying the other driver more 500 charge.
