Dear Sir/Madam, This is regarding a Paver's Leather bag (89032LSBAG3201 COFFEE) which we purchased from Pavers England Showroom at Chatrapati Shivaji International Airport. The bag was purchased on 30th September 2014 with invoice no:4290 for Rs. 6499/-. On purchase we were assured, that if in case of any fault or defect in the bag, repair or a replacement would be provided at any Pavers England showroom. While on our holiday abroad, barely 9 days after purchase of the bag, we noticed the bottom corners peeling off which ruins its look. This was not expected from a quality company like Pavers. As soon as we returned from our holiday, on 30th October 2014 we handed the bag over to the Pavers outlet at Viviana Mall, Thane and were informed that no repair or replacement could be made. This highly contradicts what we were told during purchase. This is very disheartening as we have purchased numerous Pavers products in the past and were very satisfied with the quality and built. However, this particular leather bag costing Rs. 6499/- has a major defect and the company refuses to take any action which leaves a very bad impression about the company and warranty that it provides. We request you to kindly expedite our case and give us a positive reply. . Please note, that the bag is currently in possession of Pavers England, Viviana Mall, Thane
