I have purchased the chappal from your shop located at Pune Airport, and it needs repair of sole. I visited your shop at Phoenix Mall, but it was close, and when I called up your customer care no. they said that shop is temporarily close.

Pls guide me what next steps I need to take to get the same repaired.
