I am a differently abled girl and like parents of any other girl; my parents are also worried about my marriage. For the same we took a membership (Rs 8500) from Pavithra bandhan- a matrimonial service. I received a call of Mr. Armaan from the sales department of this company who assured us that in this service a relationship manager would be assigned to me who will work on my profile and he will provide me various profiles of the groom, will talk to them and arrange our meetings with them. We got attracted from this offer and availed it. As soon as we availed this offer, a relationship manager Mr. Rajeev Verma was assigned for me. In the initial few days he provided me with few profiles (incomplete) on the assigned days but after few days he used to send me the profiles very rarely and that too on my various emails. It’s been three months I have availed the membership and there was no meeting arranged till date and none of them is answering the calls. There is one person Sagar Sutar from admin and he is the one who answers the email but doesn’t share his contact details. Whenever I email them about refunding my money, they manipulate the things and shut our mouths by sending more profiles and say that as per the company’s policy they will refund after 120 days. But I am worried that what if they didn’t respond after 120 days.
What should I do? Can you please intervene in it in any way?
