So please have patience and let the RM work according to your requirement.

from this Email ID we get your reply that you want more profiles according to your requirement and the RM sent you profiles where you wrote that the profile does not meet your preference. so he will send you more profiles but there is no point of this complaint. hence, please close this complaint to share more profiles for you.

Like really am I asking for profile daily I don't have time for it? Okay then here is the answer. Firstly on 2nd August your person share me the two profiles saying they want to connect me (verified profile)& you have a huge data base for me, they knew my case. Ideally you can mention me as special case child rather saying my problem that courtesy anyways, & for that I have to make the payment of INR 10, 000. After checking those profile I made a payment. Next day the RM called me saying that he will connect me every Thursday & shared me the contact number of two profile which was short listed. After that on 3rd you send me an online profile. But I had made it clear i only want offline verified profile & hence i paid that premium of offline profile.
The one number itself was 11 digital haha ( & you say there were verified wow). The second number never responded. Afterthat I send multiple emails, thursdays were passed neither your RM or your sales person connected me. Then one thursday your RM called saying that leave those profile & send me a profile which was not at all my requirement & when i asked why this profile he said i just forwarded it. So he send again some random profile. That's when i told him send me profile as per my requirement. The answer was from your RM "isse adjust karlo abhi". Is this what you expect the customer to have answer.
It was just a trust which laid me to buy your service. Yesterday was thursday and he didn't connect me. Your site never allow me to reset my password. Yesterday, sagar send me the password after repeated mail & mail id I got from same sagar Id who said I have left the company wow that nice right. If you could have just called me & keep me updated that we are looking after it this is the progress that's a least a customer expect from a service provider.
So to be frank you didn't had any profile so don't blame it on me saying that I am asking for profile daily. The decency was if you wouldn't have mentioned my email id direct here openly.
Your RM doesn't know my age, qualification etc how can he search profile for me. Before buying they told they have all my requirements strange. if they didn't had they could have asked me.
Anyways thanks that you yourself mentioned you don't have profile for me. So it mean you can't serve my requirement so let's close this. Process my cancellation request with refund& let's both move our way.
As I have lost trust in your service after having incorrect number, employees saying we are not with organisation RM not connecting. Hence I decide to launch a complain here after getting fed-up.
You process my cancellation & refund as that's your policy that if i am not happy with your service I can cancel my membership so I am not happy so I want to cancel it. I will close this complain as well after that & both end on good note.

How Did my complaint is marked as resolved? My issue has still not being solved. Now even my phone are ignored. The 120 Days commitment is also over. I am still struggling for my refund.
This is really not accepted. Kindly change the status of the complaint immediately. and rating to 1
Government should involve in this and close this kind of fraud organisation...where they cheat people..
