Dear Sir, I would like to inform you that yesterday on 13.09.2015, I have visited to your Big Bazaar complex at Vasant Kunj Square Mall, Plot no. 8 Community Center, Sector B, Vasant Kunj New Delhi 110067, purchase the material sum of Rs. 5377.40/- Against the same amount I have deposit the Sodexho meal coupon Rs. 2400 x 2, but your person has adjusted only Rs. 4400/- . Yesterday only I have made the compliant on your toll free no. [protected], had talk with Mr. Karan he has registered the complaint and received the complaint no. [protected]. The retail Invoice No. 0014685 Tr. No. 37254 Person Name Vishnu Kumar Today 14th September 2015 finally he calls me and denied that I have submitted on 2200 x 2 Sodexho coupons. How it is possible that Sodexho is giving every month Rs. 2400/ meal coupon and if I have submitted him a fresh bundle the where Rs. 200/- each Sodexho rupees has gone, the person Mr. Vishnu is clearly lying.
