Pay2Point — amount not reversing in wallet

Dear sir,

I am running a shop related to digital payment. I got a call from pay2point executive name kajal (Ph-[protected]) for taking there distributor id cost rs.3499 and told me that it will reflect in the wallet but still not done. I paid it on 1st week on sep 2019 and after that they are not responding. There is a team in operation names are akash, rahul, kabir and lead by aryan (Ph-[protected]/[protected]).
I have screen shots of all the communication and complaints which i raised them but still not resolved.
Please look into it, this persons needs to be send behind the bars
