Paybackbazaar.com — Balance in wallet of 500 rs not reflecting | |||||
In the month of feb i had recharged my account for 1000rs. On march 8th i had used around 500rs and when i tried using the balance on mar 20th it kept giving me a failure. I sent a mail to [protected]@paybackbazaar.com but there was no response. After few days the site was down and took almost 6 weeks before the site was functional again. When i tried logging in with my user id [protected]@yahoo.com it said user does not exist. I tried mailing customer care but all the mails were bouncing back. I then tried registering again with the same id but my balance of rs 500 is not showing up. I see lots of complaints from other users about this company. If they are resorting to such fraud practices please suspend them first so that they don't continue to get money from people in this manner. Appreciate your prompt action on this matter.
