Have opened up an account and credit 5500 to pay Bill Payment to BSES.. Transaction is getting failed. There is no response from Payback Bazaar customer care .. They are not responding to any mails, Phone calls. etc They are running an WEB site "http://www.paybackbazaar.com/" and cheating customers by lucrative offers.
