My name is Ganesh Dubey and I was trying for to get the coupon of the paybackbazaar I had done the transaction for it . Firstly it showed transaction failed, then after sometime I got message on my mobile from bank that the money has been deducted . I Referred there site, it was clearly mentioned that the refund for the failed transaction will be made within 7 days. It was also mentioned that i will get the confirmation email. It has been 16 days i did not get the refund as well as the cofirmation e mail. I tried to contact with them with mails but they didn't responded me. I tried to even call them on the number which was for complaint but it was always switched off. what should I do?
