R/sir, I have emailed given below notice to paybackbazaar.com even two times but they are not providing any reply... — Notice I, the undersigned, hereby give you notice to refund my payment amount ₹2369 paid on oct 18, 2016, against your transaction id pbcc64bc5ca04c[protected]cddacb606a829 through credit card with order id: #pbin771005 dated 18.10.2016 for offer 2: wallet cash of rs.2500 where you/your website promised me to give ₹2500+50 (for new user) in 10-15 days from the date of order made. Till today the service is not provided to me as promised. even after sending you the payment confirmation mails, you are not replying nothing and also not receiving my phone calls. There were many email/mobile communications with you all this time, but no proper response from your side regarding the issues. Kindly refund my payment ₹2550 & ₹500 (expenses being spent for repeated follow up with you all this time) within 10 days (up to 22.10.2016) after receipt of this notice with suitable interest (18%) else thereafter you have to pay per day ₹500 additionally. Please note that if you fail to comply with this notice, undersigned will file a legal complaint with the consumer court. also please be informed that the consumer complaint will be at your cost and expenses, and i will seek compensation for the mental agony caused due to your deficiency in services.
