Paybackbazaar.com — Not delivered Nescafe Product(that has been purchased online)

Sir/Mam, I have purchased 12 packets of Nescafe classic 500gms(to be delivered monthly basis) online from paybackbazaar.com on 17th of July 2015 for Rs.5499/- But, till date I have not received anything from paybackbazaar. I mailed several times to the mail ID..but no response/reply from paybackbazaar.com. When enquired regd. the same through contact number as given in the website, there was no positive response from the website. They asked me to enquire with the Nesacfe office for the delivery, which is completely meaningless... Hence, I kindly request U to do the necessary action may please be taken as soon as possible...
