Paybackbazaar.com — Unable to make in billpayment and also cashback on adding money not credited

Reporting for two different issues.
1). During Independence Day they launched an offer to customer for adding money into wallet (refer attachment: Cashback_promise). I did the same and added the money since that day I have been following up with them to get the balance money added.. It has not happened till today..
2). I have been trying to pay my bill and everytime the transactions seem to be getting failed.. Details of the same attached in attachment( refer: failed transactions)
3). Today as of sudden I can see that the whole money in the wallet has been withdrawn without any information or notice.. the transactions says error in details(refer: Transaction_error).

I would appreciate if this can be taken up with the concern authorities and have the money refunded..

Actually paybackbazaar.com are cheaters. They collecting money from customers by luring them additional amount of Rs.100 -150 when someone deposit a lumpsum to their wallet. Once deposited, all transactions through wallet will fail and after somedays they withdraw money from the wallet. They never respond emails or phone calls. I have already lost Rs.2000 deposited to them. You are requested to bring the issue to the notice of consumer grievance authority under the ministry of consumer affairs immediately and also spread the matter to all available social media forum so that they can not cheat people further in this manner.
