Dear Sir,

I have PB balance for Rs. 2250/- which is laying form last two months. but I am unable to use this. when I used it transaction got failed every time. I called to Customer care: [protected] many times but every time She say that problem will be resolved soon but two months have been gone and also i mailed so many times but they never revert.

Pl do the needful and arrange to refund my money.

Still I have not received my Rs. 2250/- despite of so many followups. they never revert on mail as well as phone.

Pl help me to get back my money as almost 3 months have been gone.

Actually paybackbazaar.com are cheaters. They collecting money from customers by luring them additional amount of Rs.100 -150 when someone deposit a lumpsum to their wallet. Once deposited, all transactions through wallet will fail and after somedays they withdraw money from the wallet. They never respond emails or phone calls. I have already lost Rs.2000 deposited to them. You are requested to bring the issue to the notice of consumer grievance authority under the ministry of consumer affairs immediately and also spread the matter to all available social media forum so that they can not cheat people further in this manner.
