I have done a transaction of Rs.20700.92 on 18-Aug-23 9:30 Am, as per the transaction cycle Amex card transactions will take 1 working day to settle the amount. but even 3 working days completed, still transaction is not yet settled, it's in Txn Settlement is in Process status. I tried to reach customer care number and sent emails as well, but no responses from them. I have checked with Amex card company, this transaction was approved from bank side.
I want to know why you are taking this much time to settle the transaction to beneficiary account. Also are you going to settle the transaction or not?
