[Resolved]  Paynimo / Techprocess Payment Services — Refund not received yet(Amount deducted from my account but transaction failed) )

I have transferred an amount of Rs. 15, 518 to TECHBIRLAINSTITUTEOF via NetBanking on 31st December, 2021 but due to a session error, the payment was not successful and the amount got deducted from my account.
So as of now, I haven't received my refund yet.
Kindly address to this issue as soon as possible as I have to make other payments also.
