I made a transaction directly through my debit card through paypal invoice and the email i used in the same was registered with my paypal account which got limited long before with receipt no-[protected] on 15 june 2021 to seller email [protected]@gmail.com with invoice id-INV2-583D-HL5P-RL2G with amount 175usd and i never got the service from the seller and now i cannot even dispute the payment stating that i have a limited account.I request you to please look into this matter.
