My claim was denied even though I have proof of no delivery of my order.
I raised a dispute with PayPal (case ID: PP-D[protected] and my claim of $31 was denied even though the tracking number provided by the seller does not confirm that my order was delivered. There was a mistake and my order was sent back. I checked with India post (tracking number:RX[protected]DE) and even registered a complaint for the non delivery of my order. They are saying that my order has gone back to the sender. You can check the status of my order by the complaint # [protected] with India post. I even sent an email to dhl about the whereabouts of my consignment
(Tracking number:GM[protected] and they sent me an email confirming that my order was sent back to the merchant. The merchant is non responsive. Kindly help me with this case.
