Fraud by paypal

I received a cashback voucher of 150rs. Which was valid till 21st march’2020 but when on 21st morning, i tried to use it, it got expired on 20th night instead of 21st. Paypal is not responding to calls. I want my refund of 150 rs voucher. It is a clear fraud with customer because the voucher expired before the time mentioned. This is not the way to cheat customers by expiring vouchers before the due date mentioned. Paypal will have to refund my voucher amount. This is clear cheating
