I had taken two loans from Paysense. Had been regular in paying my emi on time till pre covid. But as I am working in school and because of covid affect in our industry, we had regularly getting late salaries and in turn I had been paying delayed emis. One month those people started calling all my contacts and I raised complaint with RBI ombudsman. My issue was resolved but harm has been done to me. These month I closed one loan with large amount and was not able to pay another emi of other loan, again those people started harassing me by calling 100 times in a day. There regional collection manager Mr Ashish called and threatened me with dire consequences, used foul language. I recorded his conversation and shared it with their company. Guys anyone please suggest me how to take my case forward..
