Hi Sir/Madam, I am really very much frustrated with Paysense service. Every month they are charging extra[protected] without any reason. Even though i am paying the payment on time and asking them to update but they are not updating the payment on time. Even August Month EMI is still not updated again although i have made payment on 5th August and they confirmed in the chat that they already updated. It looks like fraud things with the customer.
Please see the history and i guess they have charged more than 10k as penalty without any reason and since i am not in india hence sometimes i unable to login into the apps as my india number does not work and they are taking benefits of this and simply telling that payment updated although payment still pending. I will go till any escalation level if my problem is not going to resolve and if i will not get the extra 10k which is charged as penalty as well as this month EMI is still not updated as i have made payment and shared the details already.
