PaySense — loan amount not disbursed to my account

My documents have been verified since 3 days and i was assured that within 48 hours required amount will be disbursed. But still, i cannot see any credit from paysense.in today's real time era, when you are ready to provide quick loans to salaried applicants, i do not understand what is causing the delay, that too when money is much needed. Also emails are not received on registered email address timely. This creates unnecessary suspects. Handing over to unknown the copy of identity and residence proofs is almost risky like anything.
