PaySense — Loan closure

I had taken loan in paysense completed 11months emi.I want to foreclosure my loan.And the customer support giving the payment link in the mail itself.I had a doubt how much secure is this payment link?.I am asking the bank account details of paysense
no one is not responding to my mail regarding bank account details
