PaySense — recovery agents are goons

Received loan and have missed emi. Could not pay due to medical reason for which I have a very strong proof.
Received call from your recovery agent and he asked me to pay which I agreed but asked some time to pay due to arrangements but he was forcing me to pay now. His manager came and started arguing stating who is my manager and give the details which I ignored and told him to come to the point wherein I WANT TO PAY and need some time but he was so stubborn that he wanted my managers name and her contacts. Later he raised his voice and said we north Indians come here and do such things and started abusing me.
Now my question is why the hell he is blaming me for being a North Indian and he says he is a lacalite here. So Paysense should declare on their portal that they would not give loans to North Indians.i have the recording of it. Please ask me I will forward on your what's app number.
Secondly these people have called my relatives and friends. That's fine since even they know I was going through hardship.
Now these people called my children and their classmates and harassing them stating they would be in trouble since I have given their reference. Who gave the rights to call children who are below 18 years of age and some of them were crying since they are kids.How the hell did they get my childrens and their classmates numbers? Their exams are going on and now instead of studying they are frightened.
I was ready to pay but now you see your agents abusing me for being a North Indian and calling my children and their classmates and threatening them.
I have all the recordings. Does Paysense has any answer for this?

Same issue with me and my concern was how they get my relatives and friends contacts then I found the that is installed needs contact permission and without that your loan is not processed and you will notice this only when you face such problems in your life. Whatever paysense may have promised you on your experience with their recovery department I am sure paysense will not take any action against them as just think over their app need contact access permission then in any conditions if recovery people comes in picture they start calling your relatives and friends who are their in your contact list but you will never think of giving reference to any financial institution. There should be some legal action against such process of calling relatives. Also if we go for legal they will come up with agreement that will show that we agreed with such process.

And one more thing in their reply did paysense mentioned any word on how they are getting contact list and calling them.
Second when I picked one call received on my friends mobile I asked them from which bank or financial institute they are calling they replied 'we don't know bank but we get your details and now that we have talked to you we will inform the bank'.

Waste service. People are irresponsible.
I am trying to close my loan since 45 days. No phone number, not responding to email.
Don't allow companies like these in the market.

Unproffesional peopals like gunda,
I have missed emi on 3rd of Dec and after 10th of Dec, 3-4 person calling by differents numbers & abusing and warned to me and my family that jaan se maar dege and using a lot of vulgur words.
Today he was call to a ladies and used vulgur words.

I was requested him that please wait for next salary date i will pay both emi along with charges but those gunde dont want to listen to me.

If we pay all delay charges then who gave rights to you to call to my relative and others.

Please stop all these things otherwise i will not pay any amount and will meet in court with proof of your harrasment.
