I have ordered a titan women watch which prices is 3400rs on 12th feb, i have already paid the money on the order of time.
The product has came on 16th feb and when i opened it i have shocked because there is a wrong watch from wrong brand.
When i have complained on paytm with regarding this order then the company had been saying that we will pick your order as soon as possible but after 4 to 5 days they have sent a mail on my registerd id and told thst we will not return the product and we will not give your money back.
And they have rejected my complaint.
Which type of service is this if your company is not able to fulfil the support than ehy u take orders, please close your paytm mall
