My Paytm UPI wallet account ([protected]@paytm) was debited with Rs.450 on 20.8.2023 at 8.28 am and I raised complaint on the same date and following dates several times intimating that the amount was not credited to the merchant account as per merchants statement. But the Paytm help desk people keep on bothering me with stereo type pre-printed messages that Pebbati Sivakumar account credited.
The merchant says he has not received the money. So, request for refund of the amount. Was this information helpful? |
