I had bought a i7S TWS Bluetooth earphones. After delivery, when i opened the packaging, I found the inner product to be very dirty. Additionally there was no user's manual and no warranty card or any such thing. I am trying to figure out how to use this on my own. I would like to return the product as I m not satisfied with it. Please initiate the return as soon as possible.
