Payzak — Refund related

I have done two txns on payzak on 28th may 2017, total amount is 170758, later i come to know i don't transferred fund to my own account. I asked them to refund amount back to my credit card. Almost one month will be going to over still i am waiting for refund. I regularly in contact with lalit, he always said that amount will be transferred today, tomorrow, day after tomorrow. My credit card statement already generated and i have only two days left to make payment of rs.170758. Now lalit phone no switch off coming, he promised today i receive my fund.
