Subject: Complaint against PC Finance Services for Failure to Resolve Account Issue removing overdue from my account.

I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning matter regarding the unsatisfactory service provided by PC Finance Services. Despite making regular payments for the past three months, my account issue remains unresolved, and I am growing increasingly frustrated by the lack of proper communication and action on their part.

I have diligently made payments on time, adhering to the terms and conditions stipulated by PC Finance Services. However,
it has come to my notice that my account issue has not been properly addressed or resolved despite my consistent efforts to communicate with their customer service representatives.

I have made numerous attempts to reach out to PC Finance Services through their designated channels, including phone calls and emails, but the responses have been inadequate, and the promised resolution has not been provided. This lack of transparency and accountability is causing significant distress and inconvenience, and it undermines my trust in the financial institution.

I request the intervention of the Consumer complaint of India to help expedite the resolution of this matter. I believe that as the regulatory authority overseeing financial institutions in the country, the RBI has a crucial role to play in ensuring that consumers are treated fairly and that their grievances are addressed promptly.

Investigate the matter and ensure that PC Finance Services reviews and resolves my account issue in a timely manner.
