We had a very bad experience with PC Jewellers Gurgaon as their behaviour is very bad and they provide poor quality products as well. We had purchased a small gold jewellery from Gurgaon PC Jewellers around 8 months back and it got into poor condition within 8 months. When we contacted them, they took the same for repair and confirmed that same will be repaired in 8 days. now even after 15 days, they have not repaired and above all, the response is very rude.
