i bought 3 items from pcj Red square Market Hisar . in them there was a ring which had sharp corners. i returned that for repair and they returned me without repair. then again i went to pcj and complained, they took that back and 4 times they did so and without repair they returned me.
but last time on 19 nov they commited me to returned me after repair on 23 nov. but when on 25 nov i went to take that back they said me we have sent that to Head Office Delhi and after 10 days it would come back.
when i complaint to hisar staff they are saying this deal was not done by it was done by Rajesh, , rakesh, he did that i mean to say that anyone is not taking personal responsibility.
what should i do...
