Pda Foundation — My sum insured amount is not yet refunded

Hi my mom invested a sum of 1.5 lakhs at PDA Foundation.Due to various complaints by investors the company has not refunded the money.At present various controversy is going on and there is no proper update regarding it.Please provide me the legal way to get my sum insured money.
