Peachmode — Dirty/second-hand products

I have ordered a baby pink anarkali (Order No- #10003) from peachmode( Rs 1450/-) but the quality is rrealy bad as compared to what they are showing on their site. It seems to be a used one and not a new one. It is completely dirty.They are writing on their site that they have 7 days exchange policy according to that they will make arrangement of pickup and credit same amount on customer account so they can purchase another piece. But when i called them for exchange they are not responding to call. Phone is out of service.
