[Resolved] Peachmode — material not received as ordered

I had ordered one saree, i had words with their customer support team prior placing my order. They told me that i would receive store credit if in case i wish to return this item. They told since it is a sale item, you wont receive any refund or replacement. When i received material which was not up to the mark, i wrote him to arrange for store credit. They simply refused saying it is not in policy. I told him why your representative misguided me? But they keep saying we can not do this.
