[Resolved]  Peachmode — order didn't arrive on time

I ordered a salwar suit from peachmode on 13th aug 2014 worth Rs 1945.00. Order id #[protected]. I have paid the amount in advance and the product didn't reach me on time till today. It is disheartening that I ordered it for a party and I couldn't wear it also. The company didn't call or inform us also why is the delay. I have to call number of times to know the status, yet there is no action being taken by them. I request you to kindly do the background verification of the online seller and there terms and conditions with the courier services. Please help me in this regard ASAP.
