Hi, I have purchased a anarkali from your online site. It was dirty and therefore it was returned. Money hasn't been refunded yet. Have dropped several mails but in replies have just got false committment of getting in done in next 24- 48 hours. Its been 15 days now and haven't received any response. It is customer who is asked to follow up and chase them instead of they improving their mistakes.
