I have ordered a saree on Peachmode website. while I saw in a website it looks so pretty, so I could order it, but the quality of the saree was too bad. so I requested them for return, but they refunded my money to their credit wallet because based on their privacy policy they can't return back to a customer account it seems.. After two months I thought o[censored]sing my money on peachmode(otherwise I couldn't open their fake and cheating website). I found one maxi dress for 1399 rs, I have ordered, when I received that product I was so upset because of the quality and color difference. Then I approached them for exchange/replacement, they were telling based on their return policy exchange/return can be done only once. but below the products why they are mentioned 7 Days easy return policy? I had/have a question with their management, they can't change their policy? i read a few complaints in this website only (Recently not before ordering), they have replied back their return policy like that. what is this? are you hiding yourself behind a policy or what?
They are cheaters, I would like to tell this to peachmode CEO, instead of running this cheating business you could beg people to get money.
