Pearl Services — Threatening to lodge an FIR an calling to come and clear the case at Aurangabad court or else I've to pay 2.5lac for criminal contempt

I recieved a call from pearl service Gujarat to fill 1200 forms in 8 days they sent me an agreement which I never signed bt as they sent so I had to do the job forcefully I completed all forms and now they say it has not been submitted. I called and also mailed to helpline but they responded after submission date. So there is no fault of mine and now they r reporting an FIR and asked to come n clear the case in Aurangabad court. A person named as aniket Rana calling himself an advocate is harassing me now his no. is ([protected]).
