[Resolved]  Pearson Vue — pte academic

I had taken up the pte english test on 5th feb 2018, for feb month i have seen some other complaints as well for speaking module.
I received my results and that was shocked to see such low scores, especially in the speaking module.

Honestly, i did very well in speaking. I strongly feel that there were some technical glitch while speaking because of which my voice might not have been recorded properly.

I have studied and communicated in english throughout my 7 years.
Considering this, i feel, it's impossible to get 0 (Zero) in pronunciation and oral fluency!
How can anybody get 0 in pronunciation and oral fluency?
I believe there was something wrong because of which i have scored 0.

I kindly request you to investigate this issue, consider this as a noteworthy case and provide me a chance to re-attempt pte test without any additional payment.
I would definitely not want to lose money and moreover lose my confidence, with absolutely no fault of mine.
Loosing my hard earned money and confidence both.

I agree that my time was wasted but PTE Academic has refunded my money after chasing them for 5 months. The root cause they explained was that there was technical issue in speaking section. I got a chance to take new exam for free from their end.

Dear pearson team, As I've booked my test for 14th august 2021, in pearson centre Amritsar, but due to mistake in my name in my ID they didn't allow me to give the exam. They gave me a case id number also. As i already paid my test fees for the test appointment, Now I want to give test on behalf of the already paid fees, because it was just an error by technical fault and due to autocorrection. As a customer care representative told me about the policy about newer fee payment, but it's just a mistake by autocorrelation in mobiles, which is the reason behind this error. kindly, accept my request to give me the exam on the same fee that I already paid fees, while booking test. As this is my third mai to you please do something it's humble request of me to you. I am so depressed. I hope you will consider my request and run my case as soon as possible.
