[Resolved]  Pengu Furniture — Not refunding my amount

Hi,
My order Id is Dir4270. I ordered folding dining table with docking unit on 8 December 2021. After so many efforts to contact them they only delivered my folding table without docking unit on 22 January 2022 . I also paid for installation fees for my order but installation person didn't come. I tried to reach them for installation as I haven't opened that box. After exusing for installation Pengu said that installation could not be possible so you have to it by urself and installation money will be refunded. There was no docking unit and they never informed me about it . When I asked about the docking unit delivery, they said it will be delivered in no given date.
So i demanded to refund my money for docking unit and installation charges. They are just befooling me by saying that it will be refunded on this date and on that date but not refunding it.

I received a call from a support executive named Issac. He resolved my case on priority basis. It is very well appreciable. Now my case is resolved . Thanks to Issac, Folding table is very good and love to order next time.
