I have purchased a 4 seater dinning table on 21.03.22 and the same has been upgraded to 6seater dinning table by paying extra Rs.950 .During payment through link share by M/s Pengu over mail Rs 950/- has been paid twice due to technical problem. Matter has been informed to M/s Pengu over chat since no one was responding over phone of customer care no-[protected]. They informed me yesterday over mail that they will refund me Rs-950 by today 10am.But, Today they are neither sharing me final invoice, delivary date nor responding over phone, Mail and Chat option. I am worried about the credibility of the company. Please do necessary help.
