I write to express my rave concgerns and profound disappointment concerning the VIP services that I procured from your esteemed organization.

1. Breach of Representations: I was explicitly assured by Mr. Aditya Takar that the services would encompass 100% discreetness, boutique-style matchmaking, and handpicked, curated, verified profiles. I was never informed, nor is it anywhere documented, that the profiles shared with me would be sourced from the same database available to free users. This stands as a breach of representation and a miscommunication on your end.

2. Consistent Inaction and Redundancy: From the very commencement of the service, I have consistently expressed my discontent regarding the quality and relevance of the profiles presented to me. The consultant's recurring provision of identical profiles, some of which I had already connected with prior to my VIP subscription, is inexcusable and reflects a concerning lack of attention to detail and customer needs.

3. Avoidance and Insensitivity: My multiple requests to engage in discussions with senior members for issue redressal have been repeatedly and inappropriately sidestepped by Executive Deepak. Further, when I was eventually connected to a senior manager, the advice to expand my search criteria to a different religion due to database limitations was not only insensitive but could be viewed as a potential legal transgression. The suggestion evidences a concerning desperation on your end and raises questions about the ethics and professionalism of your team. When you lack the database to fulfill my needs, I am left pondering the tangible benefits of the VIP membership in comparison to the unprofessionalism and unscrupulous methods I have encountered.

Following my complaint, Ms. Rajani took an inordinate amount of time, four weeks, to merely comprehend my grievances, only to provide an inadequate solution. When I approached her regarding a possible refund due to my dissatisfaction, my concerns were casually dismissed with the mere extension of service days.

I must underscore that despite the exalted claims, there is a palpable lack of distinction between your complimentary services and those you provide to VIP members. In essence, my association with your organization has, regrettably, been characterized by inefficacy, wasted resources, and considerable distress.

The persistent issues, coupled with an evident lack of organization and customer-centricity within your team, have eroded my trust and confidence in your ability to deliver the promised services.

In light of the above, I urge you to acknowledge the gravity of my situation and, in the interest of preventing further distress on my part, I formally request the termination of my VIP membership, a complete refund of the amount paid, and the unlocking of my profile.

I await a prompt and positive resolution to this matter.
