Dear Sir,
I had purchased a Pape G.J-Vapour Jeans from Panda Life Style, Saheed Nagar, Bhubaneswar - 751007, Odisha on 18th October 2014 at Rs. 2219.07, attached the invoice copy for your reference.
I have purchased it, to gift my relative on his marriage. But unfortunately, they tried on this month of Feb and found that it is defective.
When I bought, it was adjusted so well that I could not find this defect. When he used it, found that it is defective and send it to me for exchange. But he lost the company tags attached with the jeans.
I went to the shop with bill and talked with the Manager. He told me that without company tags, he cannot do anything and tried to avoid it and told me that directly contact the company's contact person. They must have all the information of the jeans.
Then I went to the Pepe Jeans store, saheed nagar, Bhubaneswar. They told me that they couldn't do anything. You purchased from them and only they have to do something.
Attached the combined photo and copy of bill, as it is taking only one photo proof.
I am very frustrated because of this product. Please give me any suggestion.

Damaged tee shirt
I had purchased pape jeans tee shirt. But during first wash their black color vanished and it become faint And also brand name which was present over left chest is also removed. So please do the needful and let me know what i have to do for this recovering for original condition.
