I am in connecting here with baharat joshi who sits at kandivali growels 101 mall at central store.
Some 6 months before i bought pepe jeans and in the second wash i realised that its brand tag looses its colour and that spoiled my jeans and infact other clothes along with it.
I came to central on 23/2/18 and they issued me goods acknowledgement note no 473.
They never took this query further to your brand and said that they had verbal communication with brand and they refused to accept the jeans.
He also said that they tried calling me 8 to 10 times and i was never reachable which is truly a fake response. I never received any call and if i do miss any call, i always take efforts to call back. And thanks to true caller these days, that i am 100% sure i never recd any calls from central stores.
Need to know the followings-
1. Whether the product u sell is original. And if it is original then show me your proof of sending/coordinating with pepe brand.
2. Why i have not recd any calls for 2.6 months.
3. Why i should not get atleast dry cleaned jeans from central with brand tag removed. If primary responsibility is not of central store then pepe should work for customer satisfaction.
