Dear Sir/Madam,
During the Avicii concert held on the 7th of December at Neo town, Bangalore organized by percept entertainment, it was not possible for me to redeem my beverage coupons. Although I was told alcohol was unavailable, even the red bull & water that were available was not provided either because of sheer negligence of their duty/ poor organization of the event.
I was made to run around back and forth between the coupon counters and the beverage stalls for the refund, which eventually turned out to be hopeless.
I request you to please look into this matter and provide me details on how I can get a refund on coupons worth Rs. 1000.
