My name is nupur shorawla i had paid 60, 000 12.10.2014 to perfect wellness for their weight loss program in their gk clinic. I was unable to took my treatment.
Suddenly dr. Shaili tomar, who was manager of gk clinic informed me that company is shutting down the clinic. And she promised me to arrange my treat at my home. Now i was chasing dr. Shaili she told me that she is helpless since she also didnot get her salary of 5 months. She advised me to contact company head office faridabad amit patwa. Because she is helpless. She also told that her 5 month salary is pending with company.
This month i found and visited their faridabad head office, and met with a lady, on the condition of keeping her name confidential she told me that she is a doctor and taken the place on rent so she cant provide any pending treatment of perfect wellness. She told that she is directly in contact with the younger brother ronit aggarwal. And as per her the company is running but owner ankit aggarwal has been ran away from india. The reason she told that every now and then people are coming to claim their money and bank persons for recovery. She forwarded me to a guard, but he was totally disagreed to meet and told that company has totally shut down and staff ran away with money.
From other people available there, we came to know that the company is being operating by owner brother ronit aggarwal who is also underground. They keep them locked inside the office and keep their bodyguard always.
Please guide how to claim my refund of hard earned money and the shortest legal procedure.
