On may 20, 2016, i got a call from a person named neha (Number :[protected]) claiming that they are representing monsters and calling from an organization perfect path finder who supposedly carry on special recruitment drives to eligible candidates. She also told me that my profile has been short-listed for some well known organizations like m/s. Aditya birla, m/s. Hindustan construction and m/s. Supertech etc. Considering my qualification and experience. Then she requested me to fill the necessary registration fee (Refundable) and guided me through their website and i paid inr 2861/-, which he told is the total amount that i have to pay in order to get interview calls from this organisations within 48hrs. After payment is completed, she transferred the call to another person named sidhharth (Number: [protected]) whom he told is the company hr and is currently in hotline contact with the hr of the above mentioned company. Then the hr said many things about the opportunities that i may get due to this registration and told me to log in to their website www.perfectpathfinder.org and follow his instructions. Now, as i was following his instructions i saw another payment gateway opening, so i asked him about it. He then told that actually i have to pay inr 9502/- more in order to get my profile verified and he can guarantee placement and will refund the total amount after the placement is over. I paid the amount using my debit card of bank of india. And then he assured me a post and asked me to complete the document verification directing my call to another person. For this again the person instructed me to pay inr 8586/- to complete the verification process. And assured me that i should give out any negative thoughts about this. Then i paid and completed their procedures. He has given me a contact person mobile no:[protected] and name is ravi verma.In the evening after 6.30pm when my son alerted me about fraud and asked me to cancel this order. I cancelled the order through their website and as per their cancellation policy as i have to cancel within 24hrs. I started calling him, after several calls he lifted the phone and asked me to call in office hrs. I called him again on 21st may at 10.50 am, some body else lifted and informed that he is in a meeting with hr and asked me to try after some time. After several calls ravi verma lifted the phone. I informed that i cancelled my order and asked him to refund the amount. He told that his accounts department will not work on saturdays and asked me to call on monday. When i asked him to provide his office address, he said that is not his job, and his backup team will send a mail on monday (23rd may) i called him on monday, and he is not providing any details, when i insisted he told that he is from gudgaon and assured me a mail regarding my cancellation confirmation, refund amount and address of their office. Then i called ravi verma today again and he repeated the same story. I have all the records and i need my money back will have to take legal action if my money is not refunded. Kindly help in this regard.
