I had placed an order of a perfume worth almost Rs. 8000 from them on 3rd march 2022

they have not delivered the product nor they are refunding my money
they are not responding to my mail or chats
their whole website and app is a scam
there is no customer service team, no contact number, nobody will reply to your mails or whatsapp chats
I have reminded them through many mediums but all in vain
